Unbox AIPortal

Terms of Service

The terms for using the BehaviorGPT portal, APIs, SDKs, widgets and apps. Last updated November 4, 2026.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Unbox AI AB, a Swedish company (“Unbox”, “we”), and the business you sign in for (“you”). They cover the BehaviorGPT portal, the APIs, the SDKs, the widgets and tracking script, the apps, the MCP server and the documentation (together, the “Services”).

By signing in, creating an API key or using the Services you accept these terms, including the Data Processing Agreement, and confirm you may bind the business you sign in for. The Services are for businesses and developers acting in their trade or profession, not for consumers. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

2. The Services

The Services are offered free of charge for now, as a preview. They change often: we may add, change or remove features, apps, limits and public catalogs, and some are marked early access or beta. Previews come with no service level, and we may end one at any time.

We will tell you before we start charging for anything you use, and nothing will be charged for unless you agree to it.

3. Your account and keys

Give an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by members you invite and by anyone holding your keys.

Keep API keys secret: use them only on your servers, never in a page or an app. Publishable keys are meant to be seen, and do only what they allow on the sites and apps they list. If a key leaks, rotate it in the portal and tell us. We may limit how many requests a key makes, and we may revoke a key that is misused.

4. Your content

“Your Content” is what you or your users send to the Services: catalogs, events, files, links, prompts and settings, and what the Services return for it, such as rankings, enrichments and answers. As between you and us, you own Your Content.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, modify, show and create derivative works of Your Content to provide, secure, develop and improve our current and future services, including our models, and to meet the law. Share links and embeds show what they name to anyone who has them.

We also collect logs, data and learnings about how you and your users use the Services (“Usage Data”). We may use Usage Data for any purpose, including to develop and improve our services, and may disclose it to others only aggregated or anonymized. Data we aggregate or anonymize so that it identifies neither you nor any person is ours.

You confirm you have the rights and permissions Your Content needs, including for images and text you import from other sites. You can delete catalogs and event streams in the portal at any time.

5. Your users' data

When you record what visitors to your site or app do, with the tracking script, the SDK or an import, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it for you. You are responsible for telling your users, for asking their consent where the law needs it (the tracking script can wait for your cookie banner), and for answering their requests.

Send your own user ids, not names, email addresses or other details that identify someone directly. Do not send special category data (such as health, religion or sexual orientation), payment card numbers, government ids, or data about children under 16. Our Data Processing Agreement, part of these terms, governs how we process this data for you.

6. Acceptable use

You may not, or let anyone else:

  • use the Services against the law, or to harm, deceive, track or discriminate against people;
  • reverse engineer the Services or the model, extract its weights or embeddings in bulk, or use the Services' output to build a competing model or service;
  • get around keys, limits, access rules or security, or probe them without our written permission;
  • overload the Services, or resell or sublicense access to them other than inside your own product;
  • import from sites whose terms forbid it, or upload content that infringes others' rights;
  • upload malware, or content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, or meant to harass.

Features built on third-party models, such as the portal's assistant and apps that use Claude, are also subject to that provider's usage policies.

7. AI output

Rankings, enrichments, summaries and answers are made by machine-learning models. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, and the same request can be answered differently. Check them before you rely on them, and do not use them alone for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people.

8. Our software and feedback

We and our licensors own the Services, the model and the portal. Subject to these terms, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your account is open. The Python SDK is open source under its own license (MIT), which governs the SDK's code; the widgets and tracking script may be used only with the Services.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. We may name you, with your logo, as a user of the Services; ask us and we will stop.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for this agreement, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not cover what is public through no fault of the receiver, was already known to it, or is required by law, after notice where allowed.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account, or revoke keys, that break these terms, put the Services or others at risk, or are required by law, with notice where we reasonably can. We may change or end the free Services at any time.

When an account closes, its keys stop working and we delete its content as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 4, 7 to 9 and 11 to 14 survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES OR THEIR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER OF US IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND SEK 1,000. These limits do not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Unbox against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your users' data as you collected it, or your breach of these terms, and pay the resulting damages and reasonable costs.

14. General

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.

We may change these terms. We will tell you of material changes by email or in the portal before they apply; using the Services after that means you accept them. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms, with the Data Processing Agreement, are the whole agreement about the Services.
